His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . 본 연구는 서예 진흥의 관한 법률이 시행됨에 따라 서예 교육 전문인력을 양성 방향을 검토해 보자는 의미에 서 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 연구의 목적은 서예분야 인력 양성이라는 방향을 도출하고, 기존의 서당식, 도제식 방법 과 다른 교육 전문인력 양성방향을 제안하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 서예분야 인력현황을 실태조사와 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 2022년 3월 기준 한국 대학 서예학과의 교과과정 현황 전체를 분석하여 그 특징을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 교원 직무연수를 활용한 전문인력 양성방향과 지정기관을 통한 전문인력 양성 방향을 제시하였다. 교원 직무연수를 활용한 전문인력 양성방향은 교육 구성원이 함께 협업하여 참여자들의 역량 강화를 도모할 수 있는 자율 연수방안을 선택하였으며, 서예교육 전문성 강화를 위한 직무연수 운영방안을 기본, 전문, 심화과정으로 제시하였다. 지정기관을 통한 전문인력양성 방안은 교육․전공․운영․소통역량에 총 26개의 프로그램을 제시하였다.
