The major problems this literature review discusses include notable company scandals of major global enterprises that involve mindless attitudes that appear to cause damage to their reputation. One may argue that such regretful events occurred due to lack of empathy, discarding what consequences would encounter because of their decisions. In the study, metacognition and its relevant activities are suggested as a means of fostering individuals’ empathic skills. The approach consists of Design Thinking (DT), purpose-driven questions, and reflective writing in which participants have opportunities to reflect on their own cognitive processes and to promote their metacognition. The study proposes evidence from the literature to support the notion that advocacy of metacognition may result in improved empathy.

본 문헌연구에서는 해외의 주요 기업들이 보이고 있는 부도덕한 일련의 사태를 중점적으로 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서 강조하는 부도덕성이란 회사의 이익만을 앞세워 타인을 배려하지 않은 탈선, 불법, 편법 등을 포함하 고 있으며, 회사가 가진 공감력 부족이 관련된 문제를 일으키는 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로 본 연구는 메타인지 및 메타인지와 관련된 일련의 활동을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 개인의 공감능 력이 향상될 수 있음을 문헌연구 형식으로 제안하였다. 제안된 활동에는 디자인씽킹(Design Thinking), 목적지향 의 질문, 성찰적 글쓰기가 포함되어 있는데, 개인이 자신의 인지 과정을 성찰하고, 메타인지 기능을 함양할 수 있 는 기회를 통해 공감능력을 높일 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 여러 문헌 정보를 기반으로 하여, 개인 의 메타인지 향상이 공감능력 향상으로 이어질 것이라는 일련의 증거를 제시하고 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
