The purpose of the study was to examine the self-development process of infants and the changes of teachers and mothers in their daily lives by conducting sand box play treatment applied to 3-year-old girls with emotional and social internalized problem behaviors. Based on the results of the reception interview and psychological test, a total of 20 sand play treatments were conducted twice a week for 10 months. Based on Ericsson's development theory according to the progress of the sand play treatment process, the structural analysis and psychological change of the play theme based on Mitchell and Friedman were shown through Neumman's self-development process. In addition, this study is a single case study in which parents and teachers of infants participated in the sand box play treatment process together.

연구의 목적은 정서적･사회적 내재화된 문제 행동을 가진 만 3세 여아에게 적용한 모래상자놀이 치료를 실시하여 유아의 자아발달적 과정과 일상생활에서의 교사와 엄마가 유아의 변화를 살펴보았다. 접수 면접 및 심 리검사 결과를 토대로 총 20회기의 모래놀이치료를 10개월간 매주 2회에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 모래상자에 표현된 아 동의 놀이주제 분석 과정을 통하여 모래놀이 치료과정의 진행에 따른 에릭슨의 발달이론을 토대로 Mitchell과 riedman의 주제분석에 기초한 놀이주제의 구조 분석과 심리적 변화를 Neumman의 자아발달의 과정을 통해서 동･식물단계에서 자아분화단계의 유아의 내재화된 문제행동 치유의 효과를 보았다. 또한 본 연구는 유아의 부모와 교사가 함께 모래상자놀이치료과정에 참여한 단일 사례연구이다.
