In the era of the recent Corona 19 crisis, the revitalization of start-ups is being emphasized as a key national policy agenda. As the foundation for corporate growth, companies should take precedence to possess, develop, and evaluate the company's capabilities, and it is required to develop into a global company by strengthening cooperation in production technology between companies based on the entrepreneur's expertise. A company's capabilities start from the capabilities of individual members and appear more clearly in startups founded by entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial competency is an important factor directly related to the improvement of the startup success rate and the productivity of the company, and is an essential factor for the maintenance and growth of the company. In addition, from the point of view of the supply chain, the factor of cooperation in production technology is a major factor that promotes the productivity performance of start-ups. Based on this, this study set up two research questions. 1. What is the relationship between the entrepreneurial capacity of technology-based start-ups and production technology cooperation? 2. How does entrepreneurial competency of technology-based start-ups affect productivity performance? To analyze the research problem, the relationship between entrepreneurial competency, production technology cooperation, and productivity performance was analyzed through a survey of 157 technology-based start-up companies. As a result, first, it was found that professional competency of entrepreneurial competency had a significant positive effect on financial performance, and strategic competency had a significant positive effect on technical performance. Second, it was found that the professional competency of entrepreneurship had a significant positive effect on production technology cooperation. Third, production technology cooperation was found to have a significant positive effect on productivity performance. Fourth, technological performance was found to have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of a company. The academic implications of this study are to provide differentiated results from existing studies by deriving major factors according to changes in the environment from existing studies, verifying them, and subdividing entrepreneurial competency into strategic competency and professional competency to achieve productivity performance of technology-based startups. Entrepreneurial competencies that can directly affect In addition, it is said that the production technology cooperation variable based on the innovation system theory and transaction cost theory was derived as an important variable that can influence the entrepreneurs' internal and external decision-making. Looking at the practical implications, it is necessary to improve the strategic competency and production technology cooperation of entrepreneurs in order to strengthen the technological performance of the enterprise.
