The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of resident participation and social capital on life satisfaction in the village-building project. For this purpose, this study surveyed adult men and women in their 30s and older who participated in the Busan Metropolitan City village-building project, and 313 persons were used for the final analysis. For analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between participation in village-building, social capital, and life satisfaction, it was found that there was a positive relationship between participation in village-building, social capital, and life satisfaction, and there was also a positive relationship between sub-factors. Second, as a result of analyzing the influence of participation in village-building and social capital on life satisfaction, information-providing participation, trust, social participation, and networking had statistically significant effect on overall life satisfaction, and information-providing participation, trust, and social participation had statistically significant effect on satisfaction with living environment adaptation. Trust and social participation had statistically significant effect on satisfaction with family relationship, and trust, social norm, social participation, and networking had statistically significant effect on satisfaction with leisure and retirement preparation. Information-providing participation, trust, and networking had statistically significant effect on satisfaction with interpersonal relationship, and information-providing participation, trust, social participation, and networking had statistically significant effect on job performance satisfaction. Based on this, it is important to prepare a plan to actively induce resident participation and increase social capital in the village-building project, and it is necessary to actively discuss this.

본 연구의 목적은 마을만들기사업의 주민참여와 사회적 자본이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 부산광역시 마을만들기사업에 참여한 30대 이상 성인 남녀들을 설문조사하여 313명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용 하여 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석이 실시되었다. 주요 연구결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 마을만들기 참여, 사회적 자본, 생활만족도 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 마을 만들기 참여, 사회적 자본, 생활만족도 간에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위요인 간에도 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마을만들기 참여와 사회적 자본이 생활만 족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 생활만족도 전체에는 정보제공형 참여, 신뢰, 사회참여, 네 트워크가, 생활환경적응 만족도에는 정보제공형 참여, 신뢰, 사회참여가, 가족관계 만족도에는 신뢰, 사회참여가, 여가 및 노후준비 만족도에는 신뢰, 사회규범, 사회참여, 네트워크가, 대인관 계 만족도에는 정보제공형 참여, 신뢰, 네트워크가, 직무수행 만족도에는 정보제공형 참여, 신 뢰, 사회참여, 네트워크가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 볼 때 마을만들기사업에서 주민참여를 적극적으로 유도하고 사회적 자본을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요하며, 이에 대한 논의가 적극적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다.
