As the social Q&A community has become increasingly active, it has become one of the main pathways for people to acquire knowledge. The social Q&A community is a public knowledge platform and its core competitiveness is the quality of Q&A content. It is time to study how to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing on the social Q&A community platform and promote the production of high-quality content. In this paper, a research model was presented based on existing prior research, and a survey was conducted for online users. 250 questionnaire were used as final analysis data and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical package. Based on the analyzed results, it was found that self-expression and proximity had a positive influence on knowledge provision. It was found that knowledge sharing intention and embeddedness had a significant effect on instruction sharing activities. This paper can give finding on how the online community manager can recruit many members, how to promote members to actively participate in information sharing activities and share information, and how to increase the response rate of members' questions.

소셜 Q&A 커뮤니티가 활성화하면서 사람들이 지식을 습득하는 주요 경로 중 하나가 되었다. 소셜 Q&A 커뮤니티는 공개 지식 플랫폼이며 핵심 경쟁력은 Q&A 콘텐츠의 품질이다. 소셜 Q&A 커 뮤니티 플랫폼에서 지식 공유의 효율성을 높이고 고품질 콘텐츠의 생산을 촉진하는 방법을 연구할 시 점이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 제시하고 온라인 이용자를 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시하였다. 250개의 설문지를 최종 분석자료로 사용하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 통 계패키지로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자기표현, 근접성이 지식제공과 긍정적인 영향 관계가 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 또한, 지식공유 의도, 배태성이 지시공유 활동에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 본 논문은 온라인 커뮤니티의 관리자는 어떻게 많은 구성원들을 모집할 수 있는가, 구성원들 이 정보공유 활동에 적극적으로 참여하고 정보공유를 하는 것을 어떻게 촉진하는가, 구성원들 질문의 응답률이 어떻게 증가시키는가에 관한 지식을 제공하였다.
