Literature Review of the Safety Studies among Nursing Students

Purpose:　This study was to investigate the characteristics of nursing students' safety by reviewing literature reported in Korea. Methods: A total of 29 articles were selected by the combination with 'safety', 'safety*', 'patient safety', 'patient safety*' ‘nursing students’, and ‘nursing * students’ from the database(via DBpia, KCI, KISS, NANET, NDSL, NL, RISS). Results: Publication year of researchs are ‘2015-2019’ 69.0%, publication journal ‘non-nursing’ 79.3%, mean of participants 242.4 persons, ‘under 200 persons’ 51.7%, number of participating area ‘one region’ 48.2%, number of participating schools ‘over three schools’ 42.3%, participating grade ‘senior in colleges’ 56.2%. Participant were calculated by G*Power and unapproved by Institutional Review of Board(IRB) were 58.6%. Most of statistics measures were ‘regression’ 75.9%, and authors' number were ‘2 co-authors’ 58.6%. In keyword analysis, it has changed from knowledge-oriented to patient-centered. Conclusion: Future research will require research and policy support for the development of an integrated educational approach and intervention plan to strengthen the safety competency of nursing students.

본 연구는 국내 간호대학생의 안전에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 7개의 데이터 베이스를 통해 'safety', 'safety*', 'patient safety', 'patient safety*' ‘nursing students’, and ‘nursing * students’ 검색한 결과 총 29개의 논문이 추출되었다. 연구결과, ‘2015-2019년’ 69.0%, ‘기타 저널’ 79.3% , 대상자는 평균 242.4 명으로 ‘200 명 이하’ 51.7%, 대상지역은 ‘1개 지역’ 48.2%, 참여 학교는 ‘3개 학교이상’ 42.3%, 학년은 ‘4학년’ 56.2%, 대상자 산 출근거는 ‘G*power’ 86.2%, IRB ‘미승인’ 58.6%, 분석방법은 ‘회귀분석’ 75.9%, 저자는 ‘2명’ 58.6%로 대다수를 차지 하였다. 키워드 분석에서도 지식중심에서 환자중심으로 변화하였다. 간호대학생의 안전역량을 파악하기 위한 전국적 인 실태조사와 간호학적인 안전역량 함양을 위한 실무중심의 교육이 요구된다
