The purpose of this study is to investigate the career awareness of Korean university students and Vietnamese university students majoring in health care and provide base data about career education. To this end, a survey was conducted on Korean university students and Vietnamese university students majoring in health care from February 1, 2020 to February 20, 2020, and the 200 copies of valid survey questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 20.0. The study findings are as follows. First, there are significant differences in career awareness between the two countries. Second, in the verification of career awareness differences depending on the nationality, Korean university students were 'certain about their career direction' and 'had a firm will about their career' while Vietnamese university students 'put off or remained idle about their career concerns' and 'were strongly influenced by the advice from the people around them.' Based on the study findings, it was identified that a convergence career education program that reflects on cultural diversity should be opened and applied in international exchange programs so that university students can prepare for their careers effectively.

본 연구는 보건의료를 전공하는 한국 대학생과 베트남 대학생을 대상으로 진로 의식을 조사하여 진로 교육에 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 보건의료를 전공하는 한국 대학생과 베트남 대학생을 대상으로 2020년 2월1일부터 20일까지 설문조사를 하였고, 유효한 설문지 200부를 SPSS 20.0으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 국가 간 진로 의식에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국적 내 진로 의식 차이 검증에서도 한국 대학생들은 본인이 희망하는 ‘진로 방향이 명확’하고 ‘진로에 대한 본인 의지가 확고’한 반면, 베트남 대학생 들은 ‘진로에 대한 고민을 미루어두거나 방관’ 및 ‘주위 조언에 많은 영향을 받는’ 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들이 효과적인 진로 준비를 할 수 있도록 문화 다양성을 반영한 융복합 진로 교육 프로그램을 개설하여 국제교류프로그램에 활용할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다.
