This study tried to find out the characteristics of treatment programs by analyzing the trends of research on treatment programs for children with intellectual disabilities in elementary school and to suggest directions for improvement and development of future research. 67 theses related to treatment programs for children with intellectual disabilities in elementary school for the past 11 years between 2011 and 2021 were selected as the thesis to be analyzed. The selected dissertations were analyzed based on the number of thesis per year, program contents, research subjects, program composition, dependent variables, and effects. The results obtained through this study are as follows. First, the number of papers by year was the highest in 2011 and 2012, respectively, with 9 articles, and showed a gradual decrease. Since only one thesis was registered in 2018, the number of thesis has increased, but if you look at the research trend for 11 years, there is an overall decrease, and only two doctoral thesis are published. Second, there were various treatment programs in the program contents, but a lot of research was conducted mainly in the field of speech therapy and art therapy. Third, as a result of analyzing the study subjects, the majority were children with intellectual disability grade 3 or mild intellectual disability with an IQ of 50-75. As for the status of each grade, there was a tendency to mainly target the lower and middle grade groups, and the proportion of individual treatment and group treatment was almost the same. Fourth, in the composition of the treatment program, there were many cases where the total number of sessions was 16-20 sessions, each session was 40 minutes, and it was conducted twice per week. Fifth, as for the dependent variables treated by each treatment program, many studies dealt with children's emotional and cognitive categories. Sixth, the effect of the treatment program obtained significant results in most studies. This paper analyzes the research trend of the treatment program for children with intellectual disabilities in elementary school, and suggests the improvement points and directions for the treatment program to be developed in the future.

본 연구는 초등학생 지적장애아동 치료프로그램에 관한 연구의 동향을 분석함으로써 치료프 로그램의 특성을 알아보고 추후 연구의 개선 및 발전을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석 대상논문으로 2011년부터 2021년 사이의 최근 11년간의 초등학교 지적장애아동을 대상 으로 하는 치료프로그램 관련 학위논문 67편을 선정하였다. 선정된 학위논문을 연도별 논문 수, 프로그램 내용, 연구 대상, 프로그램 구성, 종속변인, 효과로 기준을 정하여 분석하였고, 연구 동 향을 알아보기 위해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하여 통계 처리하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 논문 수는 2011년과 2012년에 각각 9편으로 가장 많았고, 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 2018년에 단 1편의 논문이 등재된 이후 논문 수가 증가하였으나 11년의 연구 동향으로 보았을 때 전반적으로 감소하는 추세이며, 박사 논문은 단 2편에 그쳤다. 둘째, 프로그램 내용은 다양한 치료프로그램이 있었으나 주로 언어치료와 미술치료 분야에서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 연구 대상을 분석한 결과 주로 지적장애 3급 또는 IQ 50-75의 경도 지적장애아동 이 주를 이루었다. 학년별 현황으로는 주로 저학년군 및 중학년군을 대상으로 하는 경향이 많았 고, 개인치료와 집단치료의 비중은 거의 비슷하였다. 넷째, 치료프로그램 구성에 있어 총 회기수 16-20회기, 회기별 시간 40분, 주당 2회로 진행된 경우가 많았다. 다섯째, 각 치료프로그램이 다 루고 있는 종속변인은 아동의 정서범주와 인지범주를 다룬 연구가 많았다. 여섯째, 치료프로그 램의 효과는 대부분의 연구에서 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 본 논문은 초등학교 지적장애아동을 대상으로 한 치료프로그램의 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 앞으로 개발될 치료프로그램의 개선점과 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다.
