[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate how the human service quality of golf instructors affects learning transfer, and to empirically confirm the moderating effect of gender in the influence relationship. [Method] Five outdoor golf driving ranges located in Seoul were selected and a survey was conducted on 476 adult men and women who had been trained within the last two years. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs, and the gender Moderating Effect Analysis was analyzed through the pairwise parameter comparison method. [Result] First, it was confirmed that the tangible, reliable, and empathy of the sub-factors of the human service quality of golf leaders had a statistically significant effect on learning transfer. Second, in the relationship between the influence of golf leaders' human service quality on learning transfer, it was confirmed that the reliability of gender was statistically significant for men, and that reliability was not statistically significant for women. [Conclusion] Golf leaders believe that increasing knowledge and always being bright and polite will help participants increase trust in their leaders and improve their skills. In addition, male participants are judged to be more interested in improving their skills than female participants because they value the leader's knowledge and ability to teach lessons.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프지도자의 인적서비스품질이 학습전이에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 그 영향관계에서 성별의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 확인하는 데 있다. [방법] 서울시에 위치한 5개의 실외 골프연습장을 선정하여 최 근 2년 이내에 학습 받은 경험이 있는 성인남녀 476명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 및 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 성별 조절효과 검증은 대응별 모수 비교 방법을 통해 분석하였다. [결과] 첫 째, 골프지도자의 인적서비스품질 하위요인인 유형성, 신뢰성, 공감성은 학습전이에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미 치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 골프지도자의 인적서비스품질이 학습전이에 미치는 영향관계에서 성별의 조절효 과는 남성의 경우 신뢰성이 학습전이에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었고, 여성의 경우 신뢰성이 학습전이에 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. [결론] 골프지도자는 지식을 높이고 항상 밝고 공손한 태도를 보인 다면 참여자들이 지도자에 대해 신뢰가 높아지고 실력 향상에도 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. 또한 남성 참여자들 은 지도자의 레슨에 대한 지식과 능력 등을 중시하기 때문에 여성 참여자들보다 실력 향상에 더 많은 관심을 가 지고 있는 것으로 판단된다.
