This paper is a study on the social achievements of social enterprises that supported social enterprise financial support projects. This study analyzed 82 social enterprises that submitted application documents to Incheon Metropolitan City in May 2021. The targets included both certified and designated social enterprises and social cooperatives. We analyzed the impact of the characteristics of social enterprises and the types of financial support on social value. Looking at the analysis results, it was found that social enterprises are more fond of labor cost support and business development cost support, and that business development costs are mainly used for development costs and public relations costs.The social value of social enterprises that appeared in the analysis were most common, with a little more excellence than inadequate. Preliminary social enterprises had higher social outcomes than certified social enterprises, and creativity / innovation type had higher social value than other types. In addition, employment types have been shown to affect social performance.

본 논문은 사회적기업 재정지원사업에 지원한 사회적기업의 사회적성과에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구는 2021 년 5월 인천광역시에 지원서류를 제출한 사회적기업 82개를 분석하였다. 대상은 인증 및 지정 사회적기업과 사회 적협동조합이 모두 포함되었다. 사회적기업의 특성 및 재정지원 유형이 사회적성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 보면, 사회적기업은 인건비 지원보다 사업개발비 지원을 더 선호하였으며, 사업개발비는 주로 개발비 와 홍보비로 사용하려고 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 나타난 사회기업의 사회적성과 분석 결과는 보통인 경우가 가장 많았으며 우수한 경우가 미흡보다 조금 더 많았다. 예비사회적기업이 인증사회적기업에 비해 사회적 성과가 더 높았으며, 창의 ·혁신 유형이 다른 유형에 비해 사회적 성과가 높았다. 또한 일자리 유형은 사회적성과 에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
