In this study, after inducing muscle loss with dexametasone, This is a study to find out whether the extract is effective in inhibiting muscle loss. The extracts used in the experiment were soybean, lavender, rosemary, a mixed solution of soybean and lavender, a mixed solution of soybean and rosemary, and a mixed solution of soybean, lavender and rosemary. An animal behavior experiment was conducted while the extract was administered to the test animal group once every day at 10 am. As a result, in the grip strength test and pole test, soybean was 4.40±0.3, 63.68±13.14, which was higher than lavender 3.28±0.20, 39.35±15.62, and rosemary 3.26±0.21, 20.59±4.76. In the right and left calf muscles, lavender 2.96±0.17, 2.71±0.36, which was higher than soybean was 2.03±0.08, 1.86±0.35 and rosemary 1.76±0.26, 1.81±0.34. Through the results, it was confirmed that soybean, lavender, and rosemary were effective in inhibiting muscle loss and increasing muscle, and in particular, soybean was more effective in improving muscle than lavender and rosemary.

본 연구는 dexametasone을 이용하여 근감소를 유도시킨 다음, 추출물을 이용하여 근감소 억제에 효과의 여부를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 실험에 사용된 추출물은 돌콩, 라벤더, 로즈마리, 돌콩과 라벤더의 혼합액, 돌콩과 로즈마리의 혼합액, 돌콩과 라벤더, 로즈마리의 혼합액이다. 추출물을 해당 실험동물군에게 매일 오전 10시에 1번 투여시키면서 동물행동실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 grip strength test 와 pole test에서 돌콩이 4.40±0.3, 63.68±13.14로 라벤더 3.28±0.20, 39.35±15.62와 로즈마리 3.26±0.21, 20.59±4.76보다 높은 값을 확인하였다. 우측과 좌측의 장딴지근에서 라벤더 2.96±0.17, 2.71±0.36로 돌콩 2.03±0.08, 1.86±0.35와 로즈마리 1.76±0.26, 1.81±0.34보 다 높은 값이 나온 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 결과를 통해 돌콩, 라벤더, 로즈마리에서 근감소 억제 및 근육증가에 효과가 있었고, 특히 돌콩이 라벤더와 로즈마리보다 근육개선에 효과가 있었다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015.
