Internet of Things (IoT) technology supports health care and medical services in real time, regardless of location. In this paper, a healthcare system based on the Internet of Things was proposed. The increase in the demand for medical services has led to the development of many devices, and the number of people who can easily receive medical services by using them has increased. However, people who are in the medical blind spot often cannot afford the high cost of medical expenses, and their quality of life is often lowered. It is required to introduce a system that can quickly respond to medical services or emergency situations at low cost for critically ill patients and their families who cannot afford medical expenses. To this end, we implemented a system that simply transmits an emergency message to a caregiver in case of an emergency by using the correlation between the patient's heart rate and body temperature. A system was implemented so that more optimized status information was applied using the patient's data. Although the performance of expensive medical equipment may be somewhat degraded, it is expected to help poor households who are in the blind spot of medical services.

사물인터넷 기술은 실시간으로 장소의 제약 없이 건강관리와 의료 서비스를 지원해주고 있다. 본 연구에 서는 사물인터넷을 기반으로 한 헬스케어 시스템을 제안하였다. 의료 서비스 수요자의 증가는 많은 기기의 발전을 가져왔으며 이를 이용하여 쉽게 의료서비스를 받는 계층이 늘었다. 하지만 의료 사각지대에 놓이는 사람들은 많은 비용의 의료비를 충당할 수 없어 삶의 질이 낮아지는 경우가 많다. 의료비용을 부담하지 못하는 중증환자와 가족 을 위해 저비용으로 쉽게 의료서비스나 응급상황을 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 시스템의 도입이 요구된다. 이를 위해 간단하게 환자의 심박동수와 체온의 상관관계를 이용해서 응급상황의 경우 돌보는 사람에게 응급 메시지를 전송 하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 발생한 환자의 데이터를 이용하여 좀 더 최적화된 상태 정보가 적용되도록 시스템을 구현하였다. 고가의 의료 장비들에 비에 성능을 다소 떨어질 수 있지만 의료 서비스 사각지대에 놓인 빈곤 가구에 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
