This study analyzes the effects of the specialization and diversification of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions of university start-up club members by considering university support as a moderating variable. Based on 657 questionnaires collected from 12 universities in North and South Jeolla Province, the results of this study were as follows. First, the specialization of entrepreneurship education has been shown to have a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the diversification of entrepreneurship education has been shown to have a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Thrid, the university support were the relationship between on the positive effects of specialization and diversification of entrepreneurship education in positive(+) direction. This results suggest that it is necessary for entrepreneurship education in that it divides entrepreneurhip education into specialization and diversification. And provides evidence that the relationship between the entrepreneurial intentions of the members of the university start-up club is being investigated and that it shows the moderating effect of the university support in that relationship. Based on these results, it will be possible to suggest meaningful implications for the field of entrepreneurship education research.

본 연구는 창업동아리 구성원들을 대상으로 창업교육의 전문성과 다양성이 창업동아리 구성 원의 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 대학 지원수준의 조절효과를 중심으로 실증분석하고 있다. 광 주·전남 지역에 위치한 12개 대학교에서 수집된 657부의 설문지를 바탕으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육의 전문성은 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육의 다양성은 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 대학 지원수준의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 대학 지원수준은 창업교육 전문성과 창업 의도 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 지원수준의 조절효과 분석에서 창업교육 다양성은 창업의도와의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 측면으로 구분하고 대학교 창업동아리 구성원들의 창 업의도 간 연관성을 규명하고 있다는 점, 그리고 그 관계에서 대학 지원수준의 조절효과를 보이 고 있다는 증거를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 연구 분야에 의미 있는 시 사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
