The Army, based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is conceptualizing the tip-topmost Army Vision 2050 project, which leads time and space in preparation for the future paradigm of war in 30 years, and is actively focusing on strategies for human resources management among military rescue operations and combat execution. In other words, when the year 2050 arrives, the Army will be able to have its own response to not just regular inter-state warfare, but also non-regular and terrorist operations on the Korean Peninsula, and will be linked to cyberspace as it expands beyond the ground, sea, air and even spcae. In this battlefield environment, the Army is preparing for various future threats and establishing strategies for securing outstanding professionals and managing human resources to achieve victory. Therefore, this study presented the direction for the Army to move forward in the future 2050 by considering the Army's human resource management strategy to win in the future battlefield based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

4차 산업혁명 기반 육군은 30년 뒤 미래 전쟁 패러다임의 대변혁을 대비하여 시간과 공간을 주도하는 초 일류 육군비전 2050 프로젝트를 개념화하여 군 구조운영 및 전투 수행방법의 범주에서 인재육성 관리 전략에 적 극 매진하고 있다. 즉, 미래 2050년이 도래되면 육군은 단지 국가간의 정규전 뿐만 아니라 한반도 안정화 작전이 나 국내에서 발생하는 비정규전 및 테러전에 대한 독자적인 대응능력을 갖춰 지상, 해상, 공중을 뛰어넘어 우주로 확대되어 사이버 공간과 연계되어 초연결 될 것이다. 이러한 전장 환경에서 육군은 미래의 다양한 위협에 대비하 여 승리를 달성하기 위해 우수 전문인력 확보와 인재관리 전략에 육성하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기반 미래 전장에서 승리하는 육군의 인재관리 전략에 대해 고찰함으로써 미래 2050년 육군이 나아갈 방향성을 제시하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
