The purpose of this study is a descriptive research to understand the effects of isolation, depression, and resilience of nursing students on career identity. Data were collected on an online basis using a structured questionnaire from 136 nursing students at a university. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Window 25.0 program. The influence factors on the career identity was confirmed by the resilience (ß=0.32, p =.001) total explanatory power of the variables was found to be 20.5%. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strategy establish a positive career identity and develop an effective career identity promotion program by exerting individual resilience against to negative emotions such as isolation and depression.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 고립감, 우울, 회복탄력성이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 일개 대학 간호학과 학생 136명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2021년 5월부터 6월까지 온라 인 기반으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Window 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 multiple linear regression analysis로 분석하였다. 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 요인으로는 회복탄력성(ß=0.32, p =.001)으로 확인되었으며 변인의 총 설명력은 20.5%로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진로정체감을 증진시키기 위하여 고립감, 우울과 같은 부정적인 정서에 대해 개인의 회복탄력성을 발휘하여 긍정적인 진로정체감을 확립하기 위한 전략과 효과적인 진로정체감 증진 프로그램 개발 이 필요하다.
