This paper attempts to explain the characteristics of social venture entrepreneurship under the relationship between traditional entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. Using a closed-ended questionnaire for Delphi analysis based on Samer (2012)'s characteristic factors, two surveys will be conducted on social venture founders. Analysis is conducted on social venture founders. As a result of the study, among the social entrepreneurship 22 factors suggested by Samer (2012), high achiever, value creator, innovator, leader, opportunity alert, persistent, change agent, social value creator, highly accountable are selected by domestic social venture entrepreneurs. The analysis results are significant as the main characteristics required for upbringing domestic social venture entrepreneurs. These analyzes are meaningful as data that helps to establish theories about social ventures and to understand the role performance of social venture entrepreneurs.

본 논문은 선행연구를 기반으로 전통적 기업가정신과 사회적 기업가정신과의 관련성 하에서 소셜벤처 기 업가정신의 특성을 설명하고자 한다. 사회적 기업가정신의 특성을 분석한 Samer(2012)의 특성요인을 근거로 델파 이(Delphi) 분석을 수행하기 위한 폐쇄형(Closed-ended) 설문지를 개발한 후, 소셜벤처 창업자를 대상으로 총 2회 에 걸쳐 델파이분석을 위한 설문조사를 진행한다. 연구결과, Samer(2012)이 제시한 22가지의 사회적 기업가정신 요인 중 국내 소셜벤처 창업자가 인식하는 기업가정신의 특성은 성과지향성, 가치창조자, 혁신가, 선도자, 기회알 림, 지속성, 변화 선도, 사회적 가치창출, 사회적 경각, 높은 책임감으로 분석되었다. 분석결과는 국내 소셜벤처 창 업자에게 요구되는 주요 특성으로 의미를 가진다. 이러한 분석내용은 소셜벤처에 대한 이론 정립과 소셜벤처 창업 자의 역할수행에 관한 이해를 돕는 자료로써 의미를 가진다

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
