The purpose of this study was to investigate the practical satisfaction, learning confidence, nursing clinical competency for students after replacing in-class practical education due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Clinical practice is essential for the Department of Nursing, but it was completely suspended due to concerns about infection. There were many difficulties as it was replaced by in-class practice. This study found that the practical satisfaction, Learning confidence, and Nursing clinical competency surveyed after in-class practice were above average scores. However, universities must be prepared to deal with situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Research on the development of various practical programs and learning methods is urgently required.

본 논문은 코로나 19 팬데믹으로 인해 간호학과 현장실습을 교내실습으로 대체 운영한 후, 학생들의 실 습만족도, 학습자신감과 간호실무능력 정도를 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 대학은 국가적 재난 수준의 통제와 방역 이 단기간 내에 이루어지면서 교육과정 운영의 변화에 대처할 시간이 없었다. 간호학과는 현장실습이 필수인데, 감염 우려로 전면 중단되어 교내 실습으로 대체되면서 많은 어려움이 있었다. 교내실습 후 조사한 실습만족도는 평균 3.6점(5점 만점), 학습자신감 평균 3.8점(5점 만점) 및 간호실무능력 평균 3.9(5점 만점)를 나타냈다. 학습자신 감과 간호실무능력은 대학생활, 전공, 교내실습의 만족도가 높고 실습에 적극적으로 임하고 참여의욕이 높은 학생 이 그렇지 않는 학생보다 더 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 그러나 코로나 19와 같은 전염성 질환이 지속되어 대면 혹은 비대면 실습이 필요한 경우를 대비해 개선안 마련, 다양한 실습 프로그램의 개발과 학습방법에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.
