스포츠 운동재활영역 인력양성 배출방안 : 발달재활서비스 정책 중심으로
Purpose: For rational selection of major capability according to the characteristics of college faculties and departments related to sports exercise rehabilitation, through previous studies and current policies, we proposed a plan to train professionals in the field of motor rehabilitation for developmental rehabilitation services desired by society, and present leading indicators. Methods and Results: By the qualification regulations of personnel providing developmental rehabilitation services, it is divided into 9 areas: hearing, art, music, behavior, play, psychology, sensory, motor rehabilitation, and rehabilitation psychology. It was specified that curriculum of each area must be completed, and in 2014 year, 531 different types of private qualifications, registered with the Korea Vocational Competency Development Center were named as language rehabilitation services, and professionalism was obtained by unifying them into national qualifications. It is being promoted so that 13,100 specialists in each area can receive specialized rehabilitation in each area. Conclusion: In the case of a department of health, exercise and rehabilitation, the curriculum is needed to be reorganized by adding subjects for course evaluation because there are many intersections with the subjects completed in the field of motor development and rehabilitation of developmental rehabilitation services. In addtion, most field of study already covered in the university, it will be beneficial for the department, students, and social level as well after the reorganization.
