The purpose of this study is to show that the transition to smart industrial complexes is necessary due to changes in the industry and the emergence of new demand, and to present the new smart industrial complex direction through analysis of policies such as existing industrial regeneration and industrial renovation. The scope of the study was conducted on industrial complexes across the country, divided into research on trends in smart industrial complexes and suggestions for direction of smart industrial complexes. It is divided into 'Industrial Regeneration', 'Industrial Complex Majority', and 'Smart Industrial Complex'. The study suggested the following directions: First, it is necessary to present specific details on the roles of metropolitan, local, and public institutions. Second, the proportion of regional specialized projects for effective budget injection should be increased in the composition of manualized support projects for industrial complex renovation policies. Third, the standard model setting of Smart Industrial Complex or Smart Green Industrial Complex is composed of the center of the leading industrial complex (Changwon, Banwol Sihwa, etc.), which is difficult to apply to other industrial complexes, so improvement is needed.

본 연구는 산업의 변화와 새로운 수요 등장으로 스마트산단으로의 전환이 필요함을 밝히고, 기존의 산단 재생, 산단대개조 등의 정책과 관련 사례분석을 통해 새로운 스마트산단 방향에 대해 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한 다. 연구의 범위는 전국 산단을 대상으로 하며, 스마트산단 동향연구와 스마트산단 방향 제안으로 구분하여 연구 를 진행했다. '산단재생', ‘산단 대개조’, ‘스마트산단’으로 구분하여 비교분석했다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 방향을 제 시했다. 첫째, 광역‧지자체‧공공기관의 역할에 대한 구체적인 내용제시가 필요하다. 둘째, 산단대개조 정책의 매뉴 얼화된 지원사업 구성에서 효과적인 예산투입을 위한 지역특화사업의 비중을 더 높여야 한다. 셋째, 스마트산단 또는 스마트그린산단의 표준모델설정이 선도산단 중심(창원, 반월시화 등)으로 구성되어 타산단에 적용하기에 어 려움이 있어 개선이 필요하다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
