In accordance with the guidelines for the selection of young entrepreneurs and the implementation of the farming settlement support project, it became mandatory to record the management ledger by utilizing the management ledger program developed by the Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Education and Culture Information Service. In this thesis, the current situation and problems are analyzed through the results of a survey of agricultural management ledger users and expert opinions about the agricultural management ledger system, a system to support efficient agricultural management such as scientific farming activities using data and accounting ledger management. And derived factors for improvement. After that, a questionnaire was conducted for experts using the AHP analysis method, and the results were analyzed to derive and propose priorities for improving the agricultural management ledger system.

청년창업농 선발 및 영농정착 지원사업 시행 지침에 따라 농림수산식품교육문화정보원이 개발한 경영장 부 프로그램을 활용하여 경영장부를 기록해야 하는 것이 의무화되었다. 본 논문에서는 데이터를 활용한 과학적인 영농활동과 회계장부 관리 등 농업 경영 효율화를 지원하기 위한 시스템인 농업경영장부 시스템에 대해 농업경영 장부 사용자 대상 설문조사 및 전문가 의견수렴 결과를 통해 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 개선요인을 도출하였다. 그 후 AHP 분석 기법을 활용하여 전문가 대상 설문을 시행하고 결과를 분석하여 농업경영장부 시스템 개선 우선 순위를 도출하여 제안하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
