The purpose of this study was to investigate the responsibility & critical thinking disposition and identify influencing factors of clinical competence of nursing students who have completed clinical practice. Data collection was performed from Dec. 11th, 2019 to Dec. 13th. A total of 119 4th grade nursing students were selected. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffeʹ test, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. As a result of this study, the correlated factors of clinical competence included responsibility(r=.53, p <.001), critical thinking disposition(r=.71, p<.001). The factors influencing clinical competence were critical thinking disposition(β=.56, p<.001), responsibility(β=.32, p<.001), and clinical practice satisfaction(β=.13, p=.012). These factors accounted for 52% of the clinical competence(p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply educational programs so that concrete and practical education for reinforcing critical thinking disposition and responsibility can be performed together with clinical practice.

본 연구는 임상실습을 수료한 간호대학생의 책임성과 비판적 사고성향 정도를 파악하고, 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치 는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 12월 11일-13일까지 일개 대학 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 총 119부의 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 임상수행능력은 책임성(r=.53, p <.001) 과 비판적 사고성향(r=.71, p<.001) 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고 비판적 사고성향(β=.56)이 가장 높은 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으며 그 다음은 책임성(β=.32), 임상실습 만족도(β=.13) 순으로 나타났으며 전체 설명력은 52%이었다. 따라 서 비판적 사고성향과 책임성 강화를 위한 구체적이고 실제적인 교육이 임상실습과 함께 이루어질 수 있도록 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
