The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between sexual attitude, sexual knowledge and gender sensitivity of nursing college students, and to analyze the effect on gender sensitivity. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed Using SPSS 22.0 version. As a result of the study, gender sensitivity was positively correlated with sexual attitude (r=.383, p=.000), and the factors affecting gender sensitivity of nursing students were sexual attitude (β=.365, p=. 000). In the future, it can be used as basic data for the development of a program that can establish a correct sexual attitude in order to increase the gender sensitivity of nursing college students.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 성태도, 성지식과 성인지 감수성의 관계를 파악하고 성인지 감수성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. C시와 H군에 소재한 대학의 간호 대학생 229명을 대상으로 수집한 자료는 SPSS version 22.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 하였 다. 연구결과 성인지 감수성은 성태도(r=.383, p=.000)와 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성에 영향 을 미치는 요인은 성태도(β= .365, p=.000)로 성태도가 개방적일수록 성인지 감수성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성을 높이기 위해 올바른 성태도를 확립할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
