This study is a secondary analysis research study using data from 2016 of the Korean Health Panel to confirm the relationship between the health type and mental health and quality of life of arthropathy patients. The subjects of this study were 2,935 subjects with arthropathy (M00-19). Data were analyzed by means, standard deviation, real, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe's test using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the study, in general characteristics of arthropathy patients, it was found that male, low age, high educational level, spouse, and economically active subjects had high quality of life. There were significant differences in the quality of life according to the health type and mental health of patients with arthrosis. In conclusion, in order to improve the quality of life of arthropathy patients, customized interventions and institutional support measures are needed to strengthen the health and mental health of arthropathy patients.

본 연구는 관절병증 환자의 건강형태 및 정신건강과 삶의 질 관계를 확인하기 위한 한국의료패널 2016년 데이터를 이용한 2차 분석 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 관절병증(M00-19) 대상자 2,935명을 대상으로 하였다. 자 료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 실수, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe’s test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 관절병증 환자의 일반적 특성에서 남자, 연령이 낮고, 교육수준이 높고, 배우자가 있으며 경제활동을 하 고 있는 대상자가 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 관절병증 환자의 건강형태와 정신건강에 따른 삶의 질은 유의 한 차이가 있었다. 결론적으로 관절병증 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 관절병증 대상자의 건강상태와 정신건 강 강화를 위한 맞춤형 중재와 제도적 지원 대책이 필요하겠다.
