Today, many college students have difficulties in interpersonal relationships. In particular, this difficulty, when manifest in elementary school pre-service teachers, who will be responsible for future education, raises concerns about future education. Many studies have been conducted to solve this problem. Existing studies to improve interpersonal relations among university students are mainly related to individual and group counseling, programs, and techniques. These studies have limitations in that they are centered on the functions and techniques of fragmentary interpersonal relationships, and that they are out of context by being conducted in an artificial situation. In order to overcome these limitations, this study proposes writing a report on the investigation of others, and tries to empirically and statistically verify the effect of writing a report on the investigation of others on the improvement of interpersonal relations of elementary school pre-service teachers. As a result of the study, it was found that writing of the investigation report on others was significantly more effective than the existing programs in improving the interpersonal relations of elementary school pre-service teachers. Writing a report on interpersonal inquiry improves the function of interpersonal relations comprehensively and integratively, and makes it possible to solve problems of interpersonal relations existentially in real situations rather than virtual situations, and by invoking initiative, voluntariness, activeness, and participation, it was found to be more effective than the program.

오늘날 많은 대학생들이 대인관계에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 미래 교육을 책임질 초등예비교사들에게 나타난 이런 어려움은 미래 교육에 대한 염려를 갖게 한다. 이를 해결하고자 많은 연구들이 수행되었다. 대학생의 대인관계 향상을 위한 기존의 연구들은 개인․집단상담 혹은 프로그램, 기법과 관련된 내용이 주류를 이루고 있다. 이런 연구들은 단편적 대인관계의 기능과 기법에 중심을 둔다는 것 그리고 인위적 상황에서 수행됨으로써 탈 맥락적이라는 한계를 갖는다. 이런 한계를 극복하고자 본 연구에서는 타인탐구보고서 쓰기를 제안하고, 타인탐구보고서 쓰기가 초등예비교사의 대인관계 향상에 미치는 효과를 경험적․통계적으로 검증하고자 했다. 연구의 결과 타인탐구보고서 쓰기는 초등예비교사의 대인관계 향상에 있어서 기존의 프로그램보다 유의미한효과가 있었다. 타인탐구보고서 쓰기는 대인관계의 기능을 종합적․통합적으로 향상시키고, 가상적 상황이 아닌 실제 상황에서 실존적으로 대인관계의 문제를 해결하도록 하며, 주도성․자발성․적극성․참여성을 불러일으킴으로써 기존의 프로그램보다 효과가 더 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
