This study aims to identify the importance and degree of performance of COVID19 infection control educational program for 4th grade nursing college students, and to prepare the basic data for developing COVID19 infection control nursing education program based on this study. Data were collected from January 6 to January 30, 2020 by using structured questionnaire from 72 senior nursing students at "A" City Nursing College. The overall average of importance of COVID19 infection control nursing was 4.4This study aims to identify the importance and degree of performance of COVID19 infection control educational program for 4th grade nursing college students, and to prepare the basic data for developing COVID19 infection control nursing education program based on this study. The greatest difference in importance and performance were the sectors of personal protection(equipment dressing & undessing) and collecting safe sample. By analyzing the needs for COVID19 infection control nursing of nursing college students It is used as the basic data for the development of simulation education programs by improving performance of both personal protection and collecting safety samples.out of 5, and the overall average of performance was 2.4 out of 5. 본 연구는 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 코로나19 감염관리 교육을 위한 중요도와 수행도 정도를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 코로나19 감염관리 간호교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다. 2020년 1월 6일부터 1월 30일까지 A시 간호대학 4학년 72명에게 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 코로나19 감염관리 간호의 중요도 전체 평균은 5점 만점에 4.4점이었고, 수행도의 전체 평균은 5점 만점에 2.4점이었다. 중요도와 수행도의 차이 가 가장 큰 영역은 개인 보호구 레벨D 착탈의와 안전한 검체 채취영역이었다. 간호대학생의 코로나19 감염관리 간호의 요구도 분석결과 개인 보호구 레벨D 착탈의, 안전한 검체채취의 수행도를 높일 수 있는 시뮬레이션 교육프로그램 개발 의 기초자료가 될 것이다.
