This study was conducted to provide the base to proceed with the study regarding the Community Total Care System. For this purpose, after understanding the research trends in the Community Total Care System for the elderly and the issues for realizing the establishment of the Community Total Care System from the viewpoint of elderly welfare, focusing on academic papers in Japan, further research tasks to establish the Community Total Care System will be suggested. Accordingly, based on the PRISMA methodology, a trend analysis in this study was conducted on a total of 68 papers focusing on Japanese academic papers from 2011 to September 2019, and 21 papers related to the research model were used to extract appropriate tasks to realize the building of the “Community Total Care System”. As a result of analysis, relevant tasks to build the elderly welfare could be extracted from 5 viewpoints of housing, medical care, individual care, prevention, and life support starting from 2016 when a lot of current and actual status researches have been conducted using quantitative research methods in the medical field. Based on this result, practical researches are required on interventions, correlations, factors, etc. targeting the specialized institutions for the elderly, etc., and for the research contents, and it is suggested that the researches should include extensive surveys on organizations and experts related to regional inclusion, reconsideration of expert curriculums, recognition education on local residents and information provision for them.

이 연구는 한국에서 지역포괄케어시스템(커뮤니티케어)에 관한 연구가 진행될 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 노인복지 관점에서 일본 국내 학술논문을 중심으로 지역포괄케어시스템에 대 한 연구 동향과 지역포괄케어시스템의 구축을 실현하기 위한 과제에 대해서 파악한 후, 지역포괄케어시스템의 구축에 필요한 향후 연구과제를 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 PRISMA 방법론을 기반으로 2011년부터 2019 년 9월까지의 일본 학술논문 총 68편에 대한 동향을 분석하였으며, 이 중 “지역포괄케어시스템”의 구축을 실현 하기 위해서, 연구모형과 연관 있는 논문 21편에서 과제를 추출하였다. 분석 결과, 2016년을 기점으로 의료 분야 에서 양적 조사 방법을 사용한 지역포괄케어시스템 관련 연구가 많이 실시되었다는 것과 함께, 노인복지관점에 서 주거⋅의료⋅개호⋅예방⋅생활지원의 5개 관점에서 지역포괄케어시스템 구축을 위한 연구 과제를 추출하였 다. 이를 토대로 고령자 등 전문기관을 대상으로 개입, 상관, 요인 등의 실천연구가 요구되며, 지역포괄케어시스 템과 관련 있는 기관과 전문인들의 광범위한 실태조사, 전문인을 위한 커리큘럼 재검토, 그리고 지역주민의 인 식교육과 정보제공에 관한 연구가 필요함을 논의하고 제언하였다.
