In the case of mid-sized and small-sized electronic product manufacturers, a wide range of environmental safety regulations are applied, so the perception of the regulations is likely to be negatively formed. In order to lead an active investment in environmental safety in the electronic component manufacturing industry, rather than a legal regulation in the form of compulsory disposal, it is necessary to introduce a win-win cooperation activity between the parent company and partners into the legal regulation system to spread positive awareness. This study proposes plan for cooperation the Invigoration of Active Environment and Safety Investment for Electronic Component Manufacturing Enterprise and compares them with the problems of regulations on environmental safety investment activities of existing suppliers. As a result of the study, it was concluded that domestic electronic component manufacturing companies are much more effective in institutionalizing environmental safety activities between autonomous parent companies and partners than existing regulations, and as a result, the number of environmental and safety concerns increases by about 40% through the case of several companies.

중견·중소 전자제품 제조기업의 경우는 광범위한 환경 안전규제를 적용받기 때문에 규 제에 대한 인식이 부정적으로 형성되기 쉽다. 전자부품 제조업에서의 능동적인 환경안전 투자를 이끌기 위해서는 강제 처분형태의 법 규제보다는 모기업과 협력사의 상생협력활 동을 법 규제 시스템 안으로 끌어들여 긍정적인 인식을 확산시키는 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전자부품 제조업계에서 이루어지고 있는 모기업과 협력사간의 환경안전 활동을 제도화하는 협력 방안을 제안하고, 기존 협력사의 환경안전 투자활동에 대한 규제 의 문제점과 비교하고자 한다. 연구 결과 국내 전자부품 제조기업은 기존의 규제보다 자율적인 모기업과 협력사간의 환경안전 활동의 제도화가 훨씬 효과적이며 그 결과로 몇 개 기업의 사례를 통해 환경안 전에 대한 투자가 40%이상 상승된다는 결론을 도출하였다.
