The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of the enterprise’s entreprenurial orientation and strategic orientation on dynamic capabilities and technological innovation performance. It is also to identify the mediating effects of dynamic capabilities in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, strategic orientation and technological innovation. For this study, the data were collected from workers working at large domestic enterprises and small and medium-sized companies. The statistical analysis of the collecedt data was performed using the SPSS for Windows 25.0 version after the coding process. The results from frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis showed statistical significance in the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation and dynamic capabilities. It was also shown that strategic orientation and dynamic competency had statistically significant relationships. After analyzing the mediating effects of dynamic capabilities on entrepreneurial orientatione and technicality, entrepreneurial orientation and customer orientation, it was found that there were partial mediating effects. The mediating effects of dynamic capabilities on strategic orientation and technicality, strategic orientation and customer orientation also showed partial mediated effects. This study may help companies to approach strategically and prepare for the convergence capabilities needed for technological innovation in the rapidly changing market environment.

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 전략적 관점을 고려하여 기업의 기업가지향성과 전략적 지향성이 동적역량과 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향관계와 기업가지향성과 전략적지향성 및 기술혁신성 과 간의 영향관계에서 동적역량의 매개효과를 파악하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 국내 대기업 및 중소기업에 재직 중인 근로자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 빈도분석과 신뢰도 분석, 탐색 적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석, 3단계 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석한 결과 기업가지향성과 동적역 량은 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타났으며, 전략적 지향성과 동적역량 역시 통계적으로 유 의미한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기업가지향성과 기술성과 간, 기업가지향성 과 고객성과 간의 동적역량의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 또한, 전략적지향성과 기술성과, 전략적 지향성과 고객성과 간의 동적역량의 매개효과 역 시 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 국내 기업들이 급변하는 시장 환경 속에서 전략적으로 접근하여 실제 기술혁신성과에 필요한 융합역량 강화를 위한 방안 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
