Purpose : This paper is dedicated to studying the impact of green supply chain management on manufacturing company performance. Research design, data, methodology : This paper analyzes the theories of green supply chain management, green technology innovation, enterprise performance and so on by reviewing the relevant research literature of experts and scholars at home and abroad, and empirical analysis of data by establishing structural equation model based on the survey data of 247 domestic manufacturing enterprises. Results : It is found that, there is a positive correlation between green supply chain management and firm performance. Conclusions : This result shows that green supply chain management has positive influence on enterprises' performance through green technology innovation, and the increase of enterprises' economic performance finally can be realized.

본 연구는 친환경 공급망 관리가 중국 제조업 기업들의 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하 였다. 연구방법으로는 이론적 연구방법으로서 친환경공급망관리와 기술혁신, 기업성과에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하였고, 이를 기반으로 연구모형을 설정하여 중국내 247개 제조기업들을 대상 으로 설문데이터를 수집하여 결과를 추출하였다. 이를 통하여 친환경 공급망관리와 기술 혁신 을 통해 중국내 기업들은 경제적 성과의 향상과 경영적 성과의 향상을 가져오고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
