This research aims to investigate the relationships among selection factors, facility environment and participation satisfaction targeting the performance high school of dancer in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Based on this, Using the SPSS WIN.Ver 25.0 Statistics Program has been correlation analysis and multiple regression has been conducted and following conclusions has been conducted. First, in the results of verifying the relationship between selection factors of dance academy and facility environment in performance high school students majoring in dance, there were significant effects on it. Second, in the results of verifying the relationship between selection factors of dance academy and participation Satisfaction in performance high school students majoring in dance, there were significant effects on it. Third, in the results of verifying the relationship between facility environment and participation Satisfaction in performance high school students majoring in dance, there were significant effects on it.

본 연구에서는 광주광역시에 거주하고 있는 무용전공고등학생을 대상으로 무용학원의 선택요인, 시설환경, 참여 만족의 관계성을 규명하고자 최종적으로 채택된 112부의 자료를 토대로 SPSS WIN Ver. 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용하 여 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 무용전공고등학생의 무용학원 선택요인과 시설환경의 관계성을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용전공고등학 생의 무용학원 선택요인과 참여만족의 관계성을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공고등학생의 무용학원 시설요인과 참여만족의 관계성을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
