The purpose of this study is to identify the exact selective attributes of auto camping participants, propose specific and improved methods to establish and promote camping culture, and examine the relationship with the benefits of seeking to provide basic information to local governments or managers preparing for auto camping sites. As of 2020, a total of 297 surveys were used by adult participants who visited auto camping sites in the H and S areas of Gangwon-do for five months from February to July, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple return analysis were conducted using SPSS 24.0. As a result of these research procedures, the analysis of the effects on the educational factors of the selected attributes and the benefits sought showed that cleanliness, the surrounding environment and the accessibility of the selected properties had significant effects. Second, an analysis of the effect on the physical factors of the benefits pursued and the sub-factor of the selection property showed that the surrounding environment and the cleanliness of the selection property had a significant effect. Third, the analysis of the effects on the social factors of the selected property and the benefits sought showed that cleanliness, the surrounding environment, and the accessibility of the chosen property had significant effects. Fourth, the analysis of the effects on the psychological factors of the selected property and the benefits sought showed that the surrounding environment and cleanliness, the selected property sub-factor, had a significant impact.

본 연구의 목적은 오토캠핑 참여자의 정확한 선택속성을 파악하여 캠핑문화를 정착시키고 활성화하기 위한 구체 적이고 개선된 방법을 제안하고, 오토캠핑장을 준비하는 지자체나 관리자에게 기본적인 정보를 제공하는 방안을 모색하 는 혜택과의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적이 있다. 2020년 현재 강원도 H지역, S지역에서 2월에서 7월까지 5개월 동안 오토캠핑장을 방문한 성인참여자들 총 297부의 설문자료가 사용되었으며, SPSS 24.0을 사용해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구절차로 얻은 결론으로써 첫째, 선택 속성의 하위요인과 추 구하는 편익의 교육적인 요인에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과 청결성, 주변 환경, 선택 속성의 접근성이 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선택 속성의 하위 요소와 추구하는 유익성의 물리적 요인에 대한 영향을 분석한 결과 주변 환경과 선택 속성의 청결성이 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선택 속성의 하위요인과 추구하는 편익의 사회 적인 요인에 미치는 영향 분석 결과 청결성, 주변 환경, 선택 속성의 접근성이 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 선택 속성의 하위요인과 추구하는 편익의 심리적 요인에 미치는 영향 분석 결과, 선택 속성 하위요인인 주변 환경과 청결성 이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
