With the increase in the quantity of social enterprises and the increase in government financial support for social enterprises, the question of the sustainability of social enterprises receiving government support is constantly being raised. This study analyzed 1,076 samples of certified social enterprises that participated in the self-management disclosure of the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency from 2016 to 2018. Was carried out. Through this, the variable for the sustainability of social enterprises was measured and used as the operating profit growth rate, but it is a variable that was not used in most previous studies. Through empirical and accurate analysis using actual data from 2016 to 2018, it is contributing to the improvement of transparency in the performance of social enterprises.

사회적 기업의 양적 증가와 더불어 사회적 기업에 대한 정부 재정 지원이 증가하면서 정부지원을 받는 사회적 기업의 지속가능성에 대한 문제 제기가 끊임 없이 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 2016년부터 2018년까지 한국 사회적기업진흥원 자율경영 공시에 참여한 인증 사회적 기업 1,076 표본을 대상으로 사회적 기업의 정부지원금 및 정부지원금 구성항목이 사회적 기업의 지속 가능성에 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대해서 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통 해 사회적 기업의 지속가능성에 대한 변수를 영업이익증가율로 측정하여 사용하였지만 대다수 선행연구에서는 사 용하지 않았던 변수로 사회적 기업의 지속가능성에 대한 대표 지표로서 정합성에 한계가 있지만 자율경영공시제 도 도입으로 인해 2016년부터 2018년도까지의 실질적인 데이터를 활용한 실증적이고 정확한 분석을 통해 사회적 기업의 성과 투명성 증진에 기여하고 있다.

The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
