The purpose of this study is a qualitative study to find out the problems and desired instruction of inclusive physical instruction that elementary teachers thinking. To this end, after conducting a survey of 50 elementary school teachers, semi-structured and unstructured in-depth interviews were conducted with 7 elementary school teachers with inclusive physical instruction experience. In addition, data was analyzed through repeated comparative analysis methods, and the truth of the study was sought through triangulation verification, data comparison review, and review among members. And the results were derived by generating the semantic extraction process, categorization, and meaning using the NVivo11 program. As a result of the study, a total of two categories and three themes were drawn based on the experiences and events of the teacher who led the integrated physical education class. First, structural difficulties such as the problem of placement, the lack of understanding of integrated physical education, and the problem of the structure of the school appeared in the problems of the class and the absence of activities such as lack of instructional programs, problems with student management, and lack of teaching aids and places were found. Second, in the desired class, it was required to expand understanding of disabilities, such as teacher reflection and self-reflection, disability change, and improvement of all student satisfaction and they wanted professional classes that wanted to improve their sociality through easy participation, level-level classes, and consideration through creative transformation.

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사들이 생각하는 통합체육 수업의 문제점과 바라는 수업을 알아보기 위한 질적연구이다. 이를 위해 초등교사 50명을 대상으로 설문조사 후, 통합체육 지도 경험이 있는 초등교사 7명을 대상으로 반구조화된 및 비구조화된 심층적 면담을 실시하였다. 또한 반복적 비교분석법을 통해 자료 분석을 하였고, NVivo11 프로그램을 사용 하여 의미 추출 과정과 범주화 및 의미를 생성하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구의 진실성을 확보하기 위해서 하삼각검증, 자료 비교검토, 구성원 간 검토를 하였다. 연구결과 연구문제에 따라 각 2개의 범주와 각 3개씩의 주제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 통합체육 수업의 문제점으로는 배치의 문제, 통합체육 이해의 부재, 학교 구조의 문제와 같은 구조적 어려움이 나타 났으며, 수업프로그램 부족, 학생 관리의 문제, 교구와 장소의 부족과 같은 활동의 부재를 발견할 수 있었다. 둘째, 바라는 통합체육 수업으로는 교사의 반성과 자아성찰, 장애인식 전환, 모든 학생 만족도 향상과 같은 장애의 이해 확장이 요구되 었고, 창의적인 변형을 통한 쉬운 참여, 수준별 수업, 배려를 통한 사회성 향상을 원하는 전문적 수업을 원하고 있었다.
