This study It relates to Hunminjeongeum ( korean script of 1446) developed by Chosun Dynasty monarch Sejong(1397-1450). The rationales for the graphic design and graphic functions of the Alphabet are clearly stated and exemplified in the text of Hunminjeongeum. Orthophonic Alphabet(Jeongeum) is 28 letters and it is designed three parts of the syllable which is initials, medials, and terminals with rules of syllabic orthography. it explains the shapes of the letters and how they were designed, and rationalizes the whole system in terms of the articulatory-acoustic correlate, traditional korean phonological theory and orthodox Sung philosophy. Korean and English script a relationship exists between the graphic shapes and configuration of the physiological organ of articulation. Korean script (Hunminjeongeum) write with a brushes, and English alphabet script write with a pen. Structure and principles of these languages a re thought to provide a fundamental understanding of the language systems of all countries of the world. In addition, we expect to release the mythical secret letters of the Roman alphabet through this study provides basic information about the root of the language and characters to find the secret of creative. The results of this study will be presented through the international linguistics academic introduction to how easy it is to access the root of language.

본 硏究는 朝鮮王國의 世宗大王(1397-1450)이 문자를 만들어 글을 지으시고 訓民正音을 간행한 것에 관한 것이다. 본 논문을 통해 문자를 만든 형상을 통해 훈민정음 창제 원리를 說明하였다. 문자를 初/中/終聲으로 調合해서 이루어지도록 하였다. 한국어와 영어를 표기하는 문자는 發音器官의 모양을 닮았다. 붓으로 쓰면 정음 문자, 펜으로 쓰면 알파벳 문자의 형태가 될 수 있는 것이다. 새로 28 문자를 만들어 훈민정음을 제정하고 글자에 뜻과 음을 문자로 글을 지어, 완전한 언어체계를 완성할 수 있었음을 확인 하였다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 神話的 秘密로 로마자 알파벳 문자의 형성과정을 밝히는 근본 情報를 제공하여 창제의 비밀을 찾아 설명할 수 있게 되었다. 본 硏究結果는 國際的 言語學 學術發表를 통해 새로 만든 정음 문자의 바르게 價値를 소개할 수 있게 될 것이다.
