The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between leisure satisfaction due to watching TV entertainment program in daily life and the life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, 226 elderly people living in H-eup, Pyeongtaek-si were conducted for about 20 days from October 10, 2018 to October 20, 2018. A total of 226 questionnaires were distributed and 200 parts were used for this study except 26 parts with insufficient responses. The results of the main study showed that the viewing group with high leisure satisfaction due to watching TV entertainment program had more significant effect on daily enjoyment and life satisfaction than the non-watching group. Found to be high. Through the results of this paper, the TV entertainment program related to the leisure activities of the elderly also has implications for the necessity of establishing a system that can provide various information and opportunities.

본 연구는 일상생활에서 TV예능 프로그램 시청 여부로 인한 여가 만족도가 노인들의 생활 만족도에 미 치는 상관관계를 조사하여 향후 노인 생활만족도 및 노인복지연구에 기초자료로 사용할 목적으로 시행되었다. 이 를 위해 평택시 H읍 에서 거주하는 노인 226명을 대상으로 2019년 01월 10일부터 2019년 01월 20일까지 약10일 간 실시하였다. 총 226부의 설문지를 배부하여 응답이 미흡한 26부를 제외한 200부를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과 TV예능 프로그램 시청으로 인한 여가만족도가 높은 시청 군이 비시청군보다 일상의 즐거움과 생활 만 족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 두집단의 검정결과 유의확률이 p<0.05로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 결 과를 통하여, 향후 노인 여가활동과 관련한 TV예능 프로그램도 다양한 기회와 정보를 제공할 수 있는 체계를 구 축할 필요성에 대한 함의를 제공하며, 노인들의 여가생활의 질을 높임으로써 노후 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 제안 할 수 있는 보건학적 자료를 제공할 것으로 사료된다.
