This study analyzed the questions and trends of physical education and education in the competition test for the selection of new secondary school teachers starting in 2020 according to the assessment area and assessment content elements of the marking subject ‘Physical Education’. The analysis frame consisted of five areas for the evaluation of curriculum education and 19 elements of the new secondary physical education exam announced in 2016 by the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation. The criteria for selecting questions were analyzed for a total of 374 questions from 2009 to 2020, considering the timing of the application of the curriculum and the adjustment of the type of questions in question. The results of the analysis are, First, it required literacy throughout the questions concerning the area of assessment and the components of assessment. Second, there has been a tendency to increase the ratio of exam questions in the ‘PE Teachers’ area, which is classified as an area of assessment. Third, there was a high degree of bias in the proportion of the examination between the assessment areas. Fourth, the ratio of the assessment content element to the change in the education paradigm, ability to organize the curriculum, and ability to execute classes was relatively high.

이 연구는 2020학년도부터 새롭게 변경된 제1차 중등교사 선정경쟁시험의 체육과 교육학 문항과 경향을 표시과 목 ‘체육’의 평가 영역 및 평가 내용요소에 따라 분석하였다. 분석틀은 한국교육과정평가원에서 2016년도에 공포한 중등 체육교사 신규임용시험의 교과교육학 평가 5개 영역과 19개 내용요소를 기본 분석틀로 구성하였다. 문항선정 기준은 교과교육과정 적용시기와 출제문항 유형 조정 시기를 고려하여 2009학년도부터 2020학년도까지 총 374문항을 대상으 로 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 평가 영역과 평가 내용요소에 관한 문항 전반의 문해력을 요구하고 있었다. 둘째, 평가 내용요소에서 영역으로 분류된 ‘체육교사’ 영역의 출제비율이 높아지는 경향이 나타났다. 셋째, 평가 영역간 출제비율의 편중성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 평가 내용요소에 있어 교육 패러다임 변화와 교육과정 편성 역량, 그리고 수업실행 역량에 관한 평가 내용요소의 출제 비율이 상대적으로 높았다.
