The purpose of this study was to focus on the possibility of access to the social economy in order to establish independence support plans for juvenile delinquents. The main research methods were conducted through surveys on delinquent youths and in-depth interviews with dismissed youths. As a result, the youths were protected in the institution, but the overall level of vocational training was high, but the majority of youths were negative that the current vocational training is not what they want to do and that they are unlikely to be connected to the job after leaving. Adolescents' most preferred educational program is the leisure experience program, but the most necessary thing after leaving school is to make money, and they need employment and start-up support through vocational training. At the level of recognition of economic independence and psychosocial independence, economic independence was recognized more urgently. Particularly for the founding part, it is possible if there is support and support from the state or adults. Based on these results, as a way to build a self-support model for facility protection young people, the self-support program in the facility should be centered on capacity building and leadership development programs. It was. In order to operate this efficiently, solidarity and cooperation strategy with related organizations is required, and it is proposed to establish a self-support center for follow-up management after leaving.

이 연구의 목적은 시설에 위탁되어 있는 비행청소년들의 자립지원 방안을 구축하기 위해 사회적경제와의 접맥 가능성에 주목한 것이다. 주요 연구방법은 시설내에서 보호되고 있는 비행청소년 대상 설문조사와 퇴소한 청소년 대상 심층면접을 통해 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 청 소년들은 시설내에서 보호되고 있지만 직업훈련에 대한 전체 평가 수준은 높았으나 대다수 의 청소년들이 현재 직업훈련은 자신이 하고 싶은 일은 아니며, 퇴소 후 직업으로 연결되지 못할 것 같다는 부정적인 평가였다. 청소년들이 가장 선호하는 교육프로그램은 여가체험 프 로그램이지만 퇴소 후 가장 필요한 것은 돈을 벌어야 하며, 직업훈련을 통한 취업과 창업지 원이 필요하다고 하였다. 경제적 자립과 심리ㆍ사회적 자립에 대한 인식수준에서는 경제적 자립이 더 절실하게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 창업부분에 대해서는 국가나 어른 의 지원과 지지가 있으면 가능성이 있다고 하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 시설보호 비행 청소년의 자립지원 모델 구축 방안으로 시설 내 자립지원 프로그램은 역량강화 프로그램과 리더십개발 프로그램이 중심이 되어야 하며, 시설 내 생산기반을 갖출 수 있는 비즈니스 모 델을 도입할 것을 제안하였다. 이를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 관련 유관기관들과 연대 와 협력 전략이 필요하며, 퇴소 후 사후관리를 위한 자립지원 센터의 설립을 제안하였다.
