In this study, it established independent variable, industrial security, which is one of the feature effect on efficiency, and parameter security performance based on a preceding study and theoretical consideration to reveal the feature of relationships to efficiency. In this research, target of research did question to security connection business administrator more than 1 year with theoretical investigation and virtue research so that industry security activity examines closely relation between factors that influence in security result, and progressed research inflecting 234 except question 66 copies who is insincere or does America response reclaiming all question of 300 copies. Also, population society school register special quality indeed, to analyze sex, age, work area, constituent number, position and authority, length of service, company classification, Mr. Jik, industry security activity by yearly stipend, security and difference t-test, executed one-way ANOVA analysis, and multiple regression analysis (Multiple regression Analysys) to presume causality with industry security activity, security. This research that specific and practical supporting research may have to attain abuzz, wished to become straw mat for proposal construction support and the country policy enemy of industry security learning course of study through scientific basic data offer of industry security learning, and puts legal effect by industry technology leakage prevention law to base forward and should be become collection of treatises of industry security and research of particulars through industry security activity detailing about medium and small enterprises or abroad ent for realization of industry security activity and security and elevation by beginning consider

본 연구는 우리나라 국가차원의 경제안보 측면에서 산업스파이, 국가핵심기술에 가장 기본이 되는 산업보안 정책과 효율적인 기술유출에 대한 예방, 대응을 위해 심층 깊게 연 구 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 산업보안활동이 업무효율성 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해서 이론적고찰 및 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구의 대상은 1년 이상 보안관련업무 관리자 를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 총 300부의 설문을 회수하여 불성실하거나 미응답한 설문 66부를 제외한 234부를 활용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 인구사회학적 특성 즉, 성별, 연 령, 근무지역, 구성원 수, 직위 및 직급, 근무연수, 직장분류, 직군, 연봉에 따른 산업보안활 동, 업무효율성 차이를 분석하기 위하여 t-test, one-way ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고, 산업보 안활동, 업무효율성의 인과관계를 추정하기 위하여 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression Analysys)을 실시하였다. 이 연구를 시작으로 산업보안활동의 인식 및 보안의식 향상을 위해 구체적이고 실용적인 실증연구가 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이며, 산업보안학의 학문적 기초 자료 제공을 통한 산업보안학 교육과정의 구축 지원 및 국가정책적 제안을 위한 초석이 되고자 하였으며, 앞으로 산업기술유출방지법에 의한 법적 효과를 기반으로 두고 중소기업 이나 외국계 기업에 대한 세부적인 산업보안 활동과 보안성과 대한 전반적인 기초자료 분 석 및 전수자료를 통하여 산업보안의 총론 및 각론의 연구가 되어져야 한다고 사료된다.
