Modern information and communication technology has rapidly changed society as a whole. Social change through information has changed the system of information production exchange. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between ICT and social capital, paying attention to the controversy over the positive negative relationship between ICT and social capital in the tourism special zone. There fore, this paper aims to investigate the effect of ICT usage behavior characteristics on social capital composition. To this end, the theoretical discussion on ICT and social capital is examined, and the relationship between ICT and social capital is verified through statistical method. ICT provides applications for building effective social capital in special tourism districts.Since the establishment of social capital is influenced by the purpose of information utilization, it is necessary to utilize the inter-terminal which acts as a mediator to effectively share information. This is possible by exchanging trust information with various individuals and organizations online, and common norms for such discussions should be established.

본 논문은 현대의 정보통신기술은 사회 전반을 빠르게 변화시켰다. 정보화로 인한 사회적 변화는 정보 생 산 교환의 체계를 변화시켰다. 본 연구는 관광특구 내 ICT와 사회적 자본의 긍정적 부정적 관계에 대한 논쟁에 관 심을 갖고 ICT와 사회적 자본의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 그래서 본 논문은 ICT 사용의 행동특성이 사회 적 자본구성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 ICT와 사회자본에 대한 이론적 논의를 살펴보 고, 통계적 방법을 통해 두 가지의 관계를 검증한다. ICT를 통해 관광특구에 효과적인 사회적 자본을 구축하기 위 한 애플리케이션을 제공한다. 정보교환을 위한 장소로 ICT를 활용할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 사회적 자본 의 구축은 정보 활용의 목적에 영향을 받기 때문에, 정보를 효과적으로 공유하기 위해 매개자 역할을 수행하는 인터 넷을 활용해야 한다. 이는 다양한 개인과 조직과의 신뢰적인 정보를 온라인으로 교환하여 가능하며, 이러한 논의를 위한 공통된 규범이 확립되어야 한다.
