1) The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of depression symptomatology of drug addicts who belong to a treatment protection agency or are being treated on the problem of drug addiction. In addition, it is to verify the mediation effects of family and social intimacy through drug abstinence self-efficacy and treatment. The drug offenders have consistently exceeded 10,000 since 2015, and the country's recidivism rate has hovered above 37 percent every year over the past five years. In this situation, Korean drug users need to check which structure they are experiencing in order to prevent repeat crimes, and to do so, they need to pay attention to treatment and rehabilitation. For this purpose, data were collected through drug abstinence self-efficacy surveys for eight days from November 21 to 29, 2016, and the resources of the calibration institution for a total of eight days from Nov. 21-29. Subsequently, the missing values were processed by the method of FIML(full information maximum likelihood) and the remaining 129 cases were utilized for structural equation model analysis. As a result of the analysis, the validity of the measurement model and the suitability of the research model are verified. Through the path coefficient, it was also confirmed that an increase in depression has a negative effect on family and social intimacy and drug abstinence self-efficacy, and increases the problem of drug addiction. However, the higher level of family and social intimacy, the more positive effects of drug abstinence self-efficacy, and then the lower the drug addiction problem. Based on these findings, relevant policies and practical implications were discussed and proposed.

본 연구의 목적은 치료보호기관에 속하거나 치료 중인 마약류 중독자의 우울이 중독문제에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한 것으로, 이에 단약효능감과 치료를 통한 가족 및 사회적 친밀도 향상 정도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 우리나라의 마약류 사범은 2015년 이후 지속적으 로 1만 명을 초과하고 있으며, 지난 5년간 재범률은 매년 37%를 상회하고 있다. 이처럼 마약 류 사범의 재범 방지를 위한 형사처벌 중심의 통제정책이 한계를 노정하고 있다. 이런 상황에 서 한국의 마약류 사용자는 개별 형태적 측면에서 어떤 과정을 통해 마약류 중독문제를 경험 하고 있는지에 대한 구조적인 확인과 이들의 치료와 재활에 대한 사회적 관심이 필요하다. 이 를 위하여 2016년 11월 21일부터 29일까지 총 8일간, 치료보호기관 이용자 및 교정기관 재원 자를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 이후 완전정보 최대우도법에 의해 결측치를 처리하고 남은 총 129사례가 구조분석에 활용되었다. 분석결과, 본 연구의 측 정모형의 타당성이 확보되었고, 연구모형의 적합도가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 확인되었 다. 연구모형의 경로계수 검증 결과, 우울이 높아지면 가족 및 사회적 관계 친밀도 향상과 단 약효능감에 부적인 영향을 주며, 중독문제를 높였다. 그러나 가족 및 사회적 관계 친밀도 향 상이 높을수록 단약효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주게 되고, 단약효능감이 높아질수록 중독문제 를 낮출 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 관련 정책 및 실천적 함의를 논의하고 제언 하였다.
