[Purpose] This study aims at looking into the effects of guidance behavior pattern, classwork satisfaction, and recommendation intention of instructors recognized by the participants in university general education golf classwork and at providing basic materials related to the development of university students’ golf participation activities and to basic materials for the development. [Method] So, this study distributed 300 copies of questionnaires to the students who took general education golf classwork at the universities located at Gwangju and Jeonnam in June, 2019 and used 288 copies to analyze them with SPSS 20.0 for the last process. [Result] As a drawn result, guidance behavior pattern had a positive (+) effect on the subsidiary factors of classwork satisfaction such as physical satisfaction, educational satisfaction, and social satisfaction, and classwork satisfaction also had a positive (+) effect on recommendation intention. [Conclusion] The learners are satisfied or stressed, depending on instructors’ guidance behavior patterns. So, the instructors’ guidance behaviors are significant. The instructors have to recognize and make efforts in researching their guidance methods.

[목적] 본 연구는 대학 교양 골프수업 참여자가 지각한 교수의 지도행동유형과 수업만족 및 타인추천의도의 영향 관 계를 규명하여 교수-학습의 효율성을 높이고 수업에 대한 만족도를 증대시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 2019년 6월 광주․전남 지역에 소재한 대학에서 교양 골프수업을 수강한 경험이 있는 학생들을 대상으로 300부의 설문지를 배포, 총 288부를 회수하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램으로 최종 분석하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과 를 살펴보면 지도행동유형은 수업만족의 하위변인인 신체적 만족, 교육적 만족, 사회적 만족과 타인추천의도에 정적 (+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수업만족 또한 타인추천의도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 교수자의 지도행동유형에 따라 학습자들은 만족감을 얻거나 혹은 스트레스를 받기도 하기에 교수자의 지도 행동유형은 학습자들에게 매우 중요한 의미를 가지며, 교수자는 자신의 지도방식에 대한 스스로의 인식과 이에 따른 연구와 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다.
