The purpose of this study is to describe the understandings and perspectives of the Bible that are present within a faith community, to consider theological and educational perspectives that will guide people within a faith community to coexist harmoniously, and to provide educational methods that will help achieve this goal. Richard Osmer’s model of practical theological interpretation serves as a framework for this study and is explained in the first section of this article. In the second section, diverse beliefs and understandings of the Bible in a faith community are described via a case study. In the third section, the author takes into account congregants’ different religious experiences and analyzes why they have come to have various perspectives of the Bible. The fourth section proposes theological perspectives and a pedagogical model as approaches to increasing understanding of diverse beliefs within a faith community. Finally, this article provides three educational methods to help people with diverse perspectives exist together harmoniously within a faith community

연구의 목적은 한 신앙 공동체 안에서 현존하는 회중들의 성서 이해와관점을 묘사하고, 하나님 나라 백성의 다양한 관점이 함께 존재할 수 있는신학적이고 교육학적인 접근과 교육 방법을 제언하는 것이다. 리차드 오스머가 제시한 실천 신학적 해석적 틀을 기반으로 한 신앙공동체의 사례 연구를 중심으로 연구될 것이다. 논문은 네 가지의 단계로 이루어진다. 먼저신앙 공동체의 성서 이해와 관점을 상세하게 묘사하기 위한 해석적 방법론을 설명할 것이며, 두 번째는 신앙 공동체의 성서와 신앙에 대한 다양한이해, 관점, 인식을 다룰 것이다. 세 번째 단계는 신앙공동체 구성원이 가진 성서와 신앙의 관점이 어떻게 형성된 것인지를 고찰하며, 네 번째에서는 신앙공동체에서 다양한 관점을 이해할 수 있는 신학적 관점과 교육학적인 접근을 제시할 것이다. 마지막 단계에서는 신앙의 공동체 안에서 다양한 관점을 가진 회중이 함께 공존할 수 있는 교육학적인 방법을 제언할 것이다.
