This exploratory study is an exploratory study to analyze the factors affecting misconduct of students who quit school. The data for this study were surveyed by the Korea Youth Policy Institute's “Academic Intervention Youth Panel Survey and Supporting Research” and “Customized Countermeasure Research According to the Out-of-School Youth Transition Path”. 145 questionnaire data of students who were discontinued were used for analysis. In this study, Binomial Logistic Regression was performed to test the validity and reliability of the data and to test the hypothesis after correlation analysis. The results showed that online abuse, internet gambling, and game addiction were statistically significant variables in delinquent behavior among adolescents with disregard of adolescents. Was analyzed as an important variable to reduce juvenile delinquency behavior. According to the differences in the distribution of misconduct (monetary extortion) according to the characteristics of the students who were discontinued, 17.9% of the males among the students who were discontinued showed misconduct. Based on these results, the conclusions and implications of the study are presented.

본 연구는 학업중단 청소년의 비행행위(금품갈취)에 영향요인을 분석하기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 본 연구를 위한 데이터는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수행한 “학업중단 청소년 패널조사 및 지원방안 연구”와 “학교 밖 청소년 이행경로에 따른 맞춤형 대책 연구”의 설문조사를 이용하였고 설문대상자는 정규 중·고등학교를 그만둔 상태인 학업중단 청소년의 설문데이터 145부를 분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구는 데이터의 타당성과 신뢰성 검정, 상관분석 후 가설을 검증을 위한 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석(Binomial Logistic Regression)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 학업중단 청소년들의 청소년 비행행위(금품갈취)에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 온라인 가해행위, 인터넷 도박, 게임 중독이 비행행위를 일으키는데 통계적으로 유의한 변수로 나타났고, 자아존중감과 스마트폰 중독은 청소년의 비행행위를 줄여주는 중요한 변수로 분석되었다. 학업중단 청소년들의 특성에 따른 비행행위(금품갈취)의 분포 차이에서는 학업중단 청소년 중 남자의 경우 전체 분포에서 17.9%가 비행행동이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 기초하여 연구의 결론과 시사점을 나타내었다.
