This study aims to propose flexible residential plans according to the life cycle of newlywed households. Recently, the problems with the residential of newlywed households' have emerged, and the numbers of newlywed households who are moving their houses according to the change of family members are increasing. However, researches on the residential planning according to the life cycle are insufficient, reflecting the needs of newlywed households. In order to increase the satisfaction of newlywed households, it is necessary to study the flexible residential their life cycle. Therefore, this study, through theoretical research and literature review, derives the residential planning factors considering the life cycle of newlywed households and the flexibility. Then a user survey is conducted regarding newlywed households' preference. In conclusion, this study proposes prototypes for the flexible residential planning according to the life cycle of newlyweds households. Through this research, it is expected that this study will be used as a basic data for sustainable living environment for newlywed households.

본 연구는 신혼가구를 중심으로 라이프 사이클에 따른 가변적 주거공간을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 최근 신혼가구의 주거문제가 대두되고 있으며, 가족 구성원의 변화에 따라 주거 이동을 하고 있는 신혼가구의 수가 많아 지고 있다. 하지만 신혼가구의 니즈를 반영하여 라이프 사이클에 따른 주거계획에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 신혼가구의 주거만족도를높이기 위해, 신혼가구의 라이프 사이클에따른가변적주거계획 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌조사와 선행연구 분석을 통해 신혼가구의 라이프 사이클을 고려한 주거계획 요소와 가변적 주거계획 요소를 도출한다. 그리고 설문조사를 통해 신혼가구 주거계획요소에 대한 선호도를 분석한 후 신혼가구의 라이프 사이클에 따른 가변적 주거공간을 제안함으로써 지속가능한 신혼가구의 주거환경 계 획을 위한 연구의 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.
