The purpose of this study is to identify the attributes of information system that lead to the performance difference of e-government system and the attributes that should be considered in development and operation of e-government system. We analyzed the relationship between the performance of information system that has been operated for more than 3 years in the government EA portals and the government EA attribute information. The results show that there was a difference in the performance of e-government system depending on programming language, availability of cloud computing, maintenance and operation method. This is the first attempt trying to analyze the performance of the entire e-government system owned by administrative and public institutions on the basis of EA information of the government. It is meaningful that administrative and public institutions directly suggest attributes to be considered in development and operation.

본 연구의 목적은 전자정부 시스템의 성과 차이를 가져오는 정보시스템 속성과 개발· 운영 시에 중점적으로 고려해야 하는 속성을 식별하는 것이다. 범정부 EA포털에 등록된 3년 이상 운영된 시스 템을 대상으로 측정한 정보시스템 운영성과 결과와 범정부 EA속성정보 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연 구결과 개발언어와 클라우드 이용여부, 유지보수 및 운영방법에 따라, 전자정부 시스템의 성과 차이가 있었다. 범정부 EA정보를 기반으로 행정· 공공기관이 보유한 전자정부 시스템 전체의 성과분석을 시 도한 첫 번째 연구이며, 행정· 공공기관이 개발· 운영 시에 고려할 속성을 직접적으로 제안한다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
