The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the variables and the influence of premenstrual syndrome and stress response on the learning flow of nursing students. Method : The participants were 162 nursing students in K city, who were surveyed between June 1 and June 10, 2018, using self-report questionnaire. Result: There were positive correlation between premenstrual syndrome of participants and stress response(r=.389, p<.001). There were negative correlation between premenstrual syndrome and learning flow(r=-1.93, p<.014), between stress response and learning flow(r=-.216 p<.001). The variables for learning flow where stress response(β=-.314, p<.001) and Psychological change of menstruation(β=-.358, p<.001), with a coefficient of determination(R²) of 30.3%. The result of this study will be useful in preparing basic date for improvement of the learning flow of the nursing students and it will be necessary to develop educational programs and strategies related with the premenstrual syndrome and stress response disposition

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 월경전증후군, 스트레스반응과 학습몰입도 간의 관계를 확인하고 학습몰입도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료수집은 K광역시에 소재한 일 간호대학에 재학 중인 대학생 162명이었으며, 연구기간은 2018년 6월 1일부터 6월 10일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 WIN SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용 하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 월경전증후군과 스트레스반응과는 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였으며(r=.389, p<.001), 월경전증후군과 학습몰입도(r=-1.93, p<.014), 스트레스반응과 학습몰입도(r=-.216 p<.001)는 유의한 부적 상 관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 학습몰입도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 스트레스반응(β=-.314, p=<.001)과 심리변화(β=-.358, p=<.001)이며 설명력(R2)은 30.3% 이었다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 학습몰입도를 높일 수 있는 기 초 자료를 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료되며, 월경전증후군과 스트레스반응의 적극적 관리를 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 전략이 필요하다.
