The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of murder on daily life. After examining the process and actual situation of murder, based on the theory that murder is a major deterrent to crime in order to control and prevent crime. Human beings, regardless of gender, are living in the hope of a happy life, a career in a good environment, economic stability, and success in the future when they are born, resembling a good heart and the heart of their parents. However, those who are not prepared to pursue these happy lives are neglected in their effort, and the tendency of the golden universalism and egoistic tendency to lose their innocence, the innermost of their innocence. It is a phenomenon that gradually goes into the temptation of crime in order to solve the shortage of oneself without being able to adapt to society. In order to prevent the early arrest and recurrence of murder crimes, it is being considered as a serious task for the police organization in charge of investigations as well as in the government security administration. The police, which is the core of public security, can be meaningful because it carries out the people 's expectations for the prevention of crime. Murder crimes arising from personal and social circumstances are increasing day by day and are social ills that can not be cured forever by victims, such as robbery or rape. Therefore, in order to prevent and arrest murder crime, the speed of punishment must be preceded by a psychological analysis. Also, the special recruitment and special investigation for investigative police should be preceded.

본 연구에서는 연쇄살인행위가 사회각처에서 생활하는데 영향을 미치는 것을 살펴보고 자 한다. 연쇄살인범죄행위의 과정과 실태를 살펴본 후 연쇄살인행위의 동기유발이 어떠 한 영향을 미치고 이로 인하여 예방치안정책과 범죄의 비행을 통제하고 예방하기 위하여 범죄에 대한 주요한 억제책이라는 이론에 기초하고 있다. 인간은 남녀의 구분을 막론하고 태어날 때는 선한 마음과 부모님의 심성을 닮아 꿈과 미래를 지향하는 삶의 추구, 좋은 환경속의 직업생활, 경제적 안정과 미래에 대한 성공을 희망하며 살아가고 있다(김득중, 2006: 46). 그러나 이러한 행복 된 삶을 추구할 수 있는 준비가 마련되지 못한 사람은 노력함을 게을리 하고 황금만능주의와 이기주의적인 경향이 자신의 순수함인 본의 심성마저 잃어 버리게 된다. 결국은 사회에 적응하지 못하고 본인의 부족함을 해소하기 위해 범죄의 유 혹 속으로 차츰 들어가게 되는 현상이다. 살인범죄의 조기검거 및 재발방지를 위해 수사를 담당하고 있는 최 일선의 경찰조직은 물론 범정부치안행정적인 차원에서도 심각한 과 제로 받아 들어지고 있다. 민생치안의 핵심이 되는 경찰의 중요한 수사 분야는 범죄행위 의 중추적인 역할을 수행함으로써 그 중요성은 국민의 기대와 관심을 상징적인 의미에서 지대한 충족조건의 관심이라 할 수 있다. 그러므로 살인범죄 및 연쇄적 살인범죄인의 사 전적인 예방과 심리적 분석을 파악하여 혹독한 처벌의 신속성이 선행되어야 하며, 수사경 찰의 인력증원과 수사전문화를 위한 특별채용과 수사에 대한 비용도 선행되어야 한다.
