The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leisure identity and experience satisfaction of marine leisure sports experience event participants. For this purpose, the survey data of 228 participants of experience events operated by the local government from June to August 2018 were used for final analysis. The questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistical program, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the correlation between leisure identity and experience satisfaction of marine leisure sports experience event participants showed that emotional attachment and esteem were positively correlated with experience equipment, experience activities, instructor, and accessibility, and identification had a positive correlation in all experience satisfaction. Second, identification of leisure identity of marine leisure sports experience event participants showed a positive influence on education location, and esteem and identification had a positive influence on experience activities and instructor. Emotional attachment and esteem showed a positive influence on accessibility, while all leisure identity had a positive influence on experience equipment.

이 연구는 해양레저스포츠 체험이벤트 참여자의 여가정체성과 체험만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 실시 하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 2018년 6월~8월에 지자체에서 운영한 체험이벤트 참여자 228명의 설문자료 를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 설문은 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상 관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 해양레저스포츠 체험이벤트 참여자의 여가정 체성과 체험만족의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 정서적애착과 존중감은 체험장비, 체험활동, 지도자, 접근성과 정적인 상관 관계가 나타났으며, 동일시는 체험만족 모두에서 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 해양레저스포츠 체험이벤트 참여 자의 여가정체성 중 동일시는 교육장소에 정적 영향력이 나타났으며, 존중감과 동일시는 체험활동 및 지도자에 정적 영 향력이 나타났다. 정서적애착과 존중감은 접근성에 정적 영향력이 나타난 반면, 여가정체성 모두는 체험장비에 정적 영 향력이 나타났다.
