In order to execute speech, basically, phonation and proper speech is produced by the function of various methods and sequences of articulators and coordination among valve and structures or airflow generation. As a result, the following conclusions were reached. First, according to the result of study on coordination of superior larynx system, it was shown that VOT, the temporal coordination parameter of superior larynx system, was proportional to the level of aspiration, and an evidence for propriety was provided according to phonation type, rather than articulation place. Finally, a problem with adductor according to the incoordination or weakness of intrinsic laryngeal muscle in neurological speech disorder had an effect on aspiration.

말운동장애는 명료도의 문제를 가지고 있기 때문에 우리말의 어떤 말소리와 가장 민감하고 관련이 있 는지를 알아 보고자 하였다. 14명(남 8명, 여 6명)의 마비말장애의 평 균 연령은 53.26(± 6.89)이었고, 정상군은 51.67(± 2.35)이었다. 연구결 과 첫 번째, 기식음과 VOT와의 관련이 높게 나타났음며, 둘번째, SPL 과 성문저항 분석에서도 모두 기식음에서만 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있어 낮은 성문저항은 음의 강도를 증가시킴에도 불구하고 구강압력의 형성의 실패로 명료도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 우리말 의 기식음이 신경학적 말운동장 환자의 명료도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
